The team reached the village Uriapukur ,under Akna Gram Panchayet of Mogra Block where for farmer awareness a banner was displayed previous day for public information for the animals owners. The animals were brought there for health checking up, anthelminthic, checking for gynecological, pregnancy diagnosis and other pathological cases. The Veterinary doctors, animal assistant and others actively registered the patient’s owner names, history taking, physical examination of the animals for diagnosis of cases for effective therapeutic interventions and administered suitable drugs through injectable, for tropical application and oral medicines were dispensed to farmers as per disease and healthcare. The animal farmers were aware about how to restrict disease prevalence and mortality cases in the standing animal population through health awareness, vaccine schedules, anthelminthic of different species of animals. The patient’s owners were eager to have more visit of the same kind frequently particularly for vaccination ( Ranikhet disease, PPR and Duck plague etc). We advised them to visit of Veterinary College campus for major surgical intervention as well as for referral cases if not response with health camp therapeutic intervention.
