Introduction

The Department of Livestock Product Technology provides undergraduate instruction and practical training in the processing of meat, milk, and livestock products. The department is committed to delivering quality education in accordance with the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) – MSVE Regulations, equipping students with the technical knowledge and applied skills required for the modern food and livestock product industry.

  • Value Addition of Livestock Products

The department emphasises hygienic processing, food quality assurance, and practical product technology, preparing graduates for both industry roles and entrepreneurial ventures in the livestock products sector.

Faculty Members

Faculty members are to be recruited before the commencement of the 3rd Year Programme.
Appointments will be made in accordance with VCI – MSVE staffing norms.
